Personal Training
Get 1-on-1, hour long training sessions designed with your fitness goals in mind. These Strength and Conditioning workouts focus on optimizing your body’s movements and building resiliency. Whether you’ve hit a plateau in your training or you’re just starting out, these sessions will help you get and stay on track.
Private Squad Training
Looking to get in shape with your friends or looking to meet new people? TSR offers a 1-hour workout in a group setting with up to 4 clients at a time (so everyone gets personalized attention). Expect modifications based on each member’s abilities or current limitations as we reach everyone’s personal goals in a supportive group environment. All levels welcome!
Fascial Stretch Therapy - Level 2
Each table-based session is 60 or 90 minutes of personally designed assisted stretching to free up the body’s connective tissue and joint capsules. You will experience increased range of motion which leads to better work outs and comfortable movement in daily life activities. Fascial stretch therapy (FST) is not just for athletes; anyone with chronic aches and pains can benefit from FST.
LifeStretch®
Learn how to stretch in the comfort of your own home! These in-person or online full-body stretches focus on your whole body’s movement patterns using self-traction, synchronized breathing, and efficient, wave-like movement.
Online Fitness
The option of participating in either personal or private squad training online.
Soft Tissue
Enjoy a massage therapy session with a Licensed Massage Therapist (MT135560) for recovery, prevention of injury or simply relaxation. Taylor also uses Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization - FMT Blades (Advanced) and Hypervolt brand percussive devices upon request.
