About Taylor, founder of TSR

Taylor spent his college years working in the software industry while caring for his Grandmama after her rotator cuff surgery. As he helped her build healthier habits and move with less pain, Taylor discovered his life’s path to support as many people as possible in discovering their own body’s strength (including himself).

In 2017, Taylor moved from Atlanta to Dallas to pursue the opportunity of a lifetime as a Fascial Stretch Therapist at Vive Personal Training under legends Jon McDowell and Brock Travis. Under their tutelage, Taylor learned the importance of not just recovery, but proper physical training.

Taylor is an ACTION NCCA Accredited Certified Personal Trainer, and his work with the KILO Strength Society includes an Advanced Strategy to Program Design Certification. He is also a certified LifeStretch Coach, a certified Pain-free Performance Specialist (PPSC), and certified as a Nutritional Medicine Profile Analyst by ICANS. Many satisfied clients and certifications later, Taylor continues his quest to share all he’s learned with everyone around him.

Tailored Strength and Recovery was created to help working professionals, athletes, and the general public become healthier while also decreasing pain through personal training, fascial stretching, and accountability.

Taylor truly cares about each client and their goals. He will work with his clients day or night, accommodating even the most challenging schedules.
